Advertising Age is now accepting submissions for its annual Women to Watch Europe list honoring the most accomplished and game-changing women in the U.K. and other major markets in Western Europe. Ad Age has honored more than 400 women in the U.S. as Women to Watch over the last 20 years, and launched Women to Watch Europe last year in partnership with WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications London). Our first class of honorees in 2016 included MediaCom’s Karen Blackett, Marcel’s Anne de Maupeou, Adam & Eve’s Tammy Einav, Boden’s Penny Herriman, L’Oreal’s Lubomira Rochet, Pepsi’s Kathryn Swarbrick and Vice’s Vida Toombs. Who do you think should join them this year?
The Women to Watch list recognizes women who are changing the industry and making names for themselves at marketers, agencies of all kinds, tech companies, and media owners. We're looking for groundbreakers, forward-thinkers and rainmakers blazing trails in the agency and marketing realm with new solutions, awesome creative, and business-building initiatives. This is not a lifetime achievement award; specifically, we look for meaningful or measurable accomplishments within the last 12 months.
The extended, final deadline for nominations is Friday, February 10.
A team of editors will review all your submissions and research nominees, and will also consider candidates not nominated through the submission process.
Winners will be notified and interviewed in February and March, and profiled in an Advertising Age special report honoring the Women to Watch Europe class of 2017 both in print and online on AdAge.com in April.
